Layer Meetup Bayern explicitly covers two areas: the large main event in 2027 for consumers, prosumers, exhibitors and SMEs, plus the Community Layer Meetup 2026 as a separate special format for the 3D printing community.

The main event is aimed at private visitors, makers, professional users, exhibitors and small and medium-sized companies that want to understand, compare and apply 3D printing in a meaningful way.
Community Layer Meetup 2026
The Community Meetup is a separate special format with free admission: an open experience tour for beginners, families, makers, community projects and direct conversations.

Consumer and prosumer 3D printing is no longer a niche topic. However, Germany has so far lacked a larger public event consistently dedicated to this segment. Based on our current research, we are not aware of any comparable event that brings together current devices, materials, applications, manufacturers and community in this practical, cross-manufacturer form.
